State of Montana Employee's "Caught with their Pants Down" due to investigation by Cyber PI Firm. Thomas Daniel Stanger and Kara M Stanger A/K/A Kara M. Fenton of Helena, Montana are responsible for the joeschmaus.blogspot.com/ blog according to Cyber Investigating PI Firm of Florida.

According to the sworn affidavit of Mr. Bruce Anderson of Cyber Investigative Services of Florida, Thomas Daniel Stanger and Kara M. Stanger A/K/A Kara M. Fenton of Helena, MT are responsible for the blog JoeSchmaus.blogspot.com/.  about Joe Schmaus.  According to Schmaus, he hired the PI firm to investigate the blog after finding out about the blog from a friend.  "I heard there were naked pictures of me on the internet and went and took a look.  To my surprise, there were some very private pictures of me posted to the blog, pictures that I had sent to my girlfriend at the time, Kara Stanger.  I had heard from others that Dan and Kara were 'Bad News' but I did not believe it about Kara until I caught her with her now ex-husband while we were dating". 

Since his break-up with Kara Stanger, Schmaus relationship with her has obviously been very poor.  According to Schmaus, Kara lied to law enforcement in an attempt have him criminally prosecuted and even started dating his new girlfriends ex-husband in an attempt to cause Schmaus angish.  She vowed to ruin his life and has harrassed his friends and family members also.  

According to Schmaus, Thomas Daniel Stangers involvement in the blog is based on his jealousy of and resentment towards Schmaus for Schmaus dating his now ex-wife Kara.  Schmaus stated that on one occation, Thomas (Dan) Stanger even went as far as to enter Schmaus' residence without his permission.  That altercation resulted in Schmaus obtain a Restraining Order against Mr. Stanger.  

The investigation thus far has established that as a result of the couples hatred and resentment of Schmaus, the couple teamed up and created the highly dafamatory JoeSchmaus.blogspot.com/  blog about Schmaus in an attempt to ruin his reputation, his relationship with his fiancee, and his businesses, according to Schmaus and Mr. Anderson of Cyber Investigation Services.
 
It is appearent that the JoeSchmaus.blogspot.com/ blog is nothing more than a smear campaign aimed against Joe Schmaus.  The Stangers and other involved have done nothing more than publish lies about Joe Schmaus for the world to see.  The Blog Administrator has the ability to allow or disallow posts to the blog.  It is no mystery that the blog is purely negative and bias towards Mr. Schmaus, that is its intent.  According to Schmaus, he, his friends, family members and business associates have posted possitive statement about Schmaus to the blog, but none of those comments were published to the blog by the Blog Administrator.  

The Adminstrator has taken bits and pieces of information, some crediable, but most of the information is purely fictional and have placed it in the publics eye in an attempt to defame Joe Schmaus, ruin his reputation and his businesses, said Mr. Anderson.   

In his Affidavit, Mr. Bruce Anderson concludes that: "As a professional licensed and insured Cyber Investigator, it is the opionin of this investigator that due to an ongoing fued between the Plaintiff and Dan Stanger, as well as a Restraining Order against Dan Stanger by the Plaintiff (Schmaus), that there is a very  high probability that Dan Stanger and his wife Kara Stanger both employee's of the State of Montana, did purposely while at work for the State of Montana, intentionally conspired to defame the Plaintiff (Schmaus) through the use of joeschmaus.blogspot.com.  IP addresses utilized within the State of Montan and /or forensics of the computers of Dan and Kara Stanger should reveal the actual defamers associated with the emails, IP addresses and websites used to attack the Plaintiff". 

According to Schmaus, the evidence obtained by Mr. Anderson provides proof that the couple didn't just break the law, they violated various work ethic rules of the State of Montana by doing their dirty work while on the job for the State of Montana.  "It is people like these two that make all government employee's look bad".  "What a waste of our tax dollars", said Schmaus. 

The Montana Depatment of Administration, Mr. Stangers employer, is currently conducted an official investgation in the matter and have siezed Mr. Stangers work computer for forensic examination.  The results of that investigation have not yet been announce.

Schmaus has filed a lawsuit over the Blog and is awaiting the return of subpeonaed evidence before naming Thomas Daniel Stanger, Kara M. Fenton, and possible other suspected parties as Defendants.

"I am tired of the drama.  It has been almost a year since I broke off my relationship with Kara.  I thought the split would end the drama and Mr. Stanger would leave me alone.  The couple won't stop harrassing me.  As recently as Saturday, someone keyed my truck while I was at a movie with my children.  They have harrasses me, stalked me, and defamed me.  They have even harrassed my friends, family, and business associates.  It is sad to know that there are people in this world that will go to such great lenghts in an attempt to ruin someones life.  I am trying to handle this matter legally, this type of defamation and stalking is criminal.  I have suffered a considerable amount of finiancial damage due to the blog, which I expect to collect from those responsible.  Those people in the community that know me, know that the blog is just a bunch of lies", said Schmaus.

SCHMAUS MAKES PROGRESS IN IDENTIFYING DEFAMATORY BLOGGERS

According to Joe Schmaus, "the 'Wheels of Justice' may move slowly but the lawful pursuit of wrongdoers is worth the wait.  The smoke and mirrors game is over as I am now in possession of evidence that will help produce the identies of those responsible". 

The internet is often referred to as the information highway but unfortunately fictional information can be placed on a blog about anyone and it is up to the individual wronged to seek out the wrongdoers and expose them for the lying criminals they are, as I am doing, said Schmaus. 

Below you can review some of the actual results of Google, Inc.’s response to a subpoena filed with them by Schmaus.  Someone that has identified himself as tds01778@hotmail.com is the wrongdoer that Schmaus will expose as the defamatory blog administrator and name as a defendant in his lawsuit seeking damages and prosecution for violations of various Restraining Orders. Any guesses about who will be identified as: tds01778@hotmail.com ?  Here is a little hint:  a search of the creation IP Address establishes that it is from the State of Montana.
